There is a batch of people who are spreading the word that the state is good in every way but the situation is not good at all, it is in trouble and another Sri Lanka is going to end.. All this is a batch of thieves. Along with Chandrababu, his press and media, his adopted son Pawan Kalyan is also with them in this batch of rob, share and eat. “They are trying hard to make a lie come true with their newspapers and channels,” Jagan criticized.
“GDP was 5.36 during Chandrababu’s regime.. In our regime, GDP increased to 6.89 percent in 2019-20.. This made AP 6th in the country.. In terms of GDP during Chandrababu’s regime, the state was 21st.. In 2021-22, AP’s GDP increased by 11.34 percent in the country. It has become number one.. The share of the state’s GDP in the country’s GDP was only 4.45 percent between 2014 and 2019. It has increased to 5 percent within these three years from 2019 to 2022.
Due to the covid crisis, there has been a decrease in GDP worldwide.. Many states in the country as well as the world are facing negative GDP… But four or five states have recorded better GDP.. We are proud to say that AP is one of such states. AP has been able to register a positive growth rate due to the measures taken through schemes such as Chehoota and Asara, protection of the poor at the right times, day-to-day, capital investments, increase in expenditure, housing construction, infrastructure development and other programs.
“Yellow media and Chandrababu are doing bad propaganda that it is incurring more debts than ever in the past.. Everyone needs to know the facts.. At the time of bifurcation of the state in 2014, AP’s debt was Rs. 1,20,556 crores. By the time the previous government came down in the month of May 2019, the debt value was Rs. .2,69,462 crores.. All these figures are recorded according to CAG calculations.. If during Chandrababu’s tenure the debt increased by 123 percent, in our tenure it increased by 41.83 percent in three years.. Why don’t these facts be written in the yellow media?.. At the same time AP’s debt has decreased compared to the center… 2014 -In 2015, the central debt was Rs.62,42,220 crore. In 2020-21, the central debt was Rs.120 lakh crore.
Before the bifurcation of the state, as on 31 May 2014, the debt of the center was Rs.59,09,965 crore. As on 31 May 2019, the debt reached to Rs. 94,49,372 crore. In those five years, the debt of the center increased by 59.88 percent. .. State debt has increased to Rs.2.69 lakh crore as on 31st May 2019.. Center’s debts were Rs.94,49,372 crore as of 2019 and they have increased to Rs.135 lakh crore as of 31st March 2022. Center’s debts have increased by 43.8 percent.
Let’s take a look at the state’s debt.. As on May 31, 2019, the debt was Rs. 2.69 lakh crore, the debt in these three years has increased to Rs. 3.82 lakh crore. CM Jagan stated that the increase in AP debt is only 12.73 percent.
