Ram Prakash Sisodia has been transferred. He is currently the Special Chief Secretary to State Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan. Anil Kumar Singhal, Principal Secretary, Department of Health, was appointed in his place. Singhal’s responsibilities were assigned to M. Harijawaharlal with additional responsibilities. Sisodia was ordered to report to the General Administration Department (GAD) instead of posting. CS has issued orders to this effect. Sisodia’s sudden transfer is now the talk of the town.
