San Francisco. Apple is reportedly planning to announce at least four products, including a fifth-generation iPad Air, a new iPhone SE with 5G, and two new Macs. According to MacRumors, Apple may launch a fifth-generation iPad Air with A15 Bionic chip, a 12MP ultra-wide front camera with center stage support, and 5G for cellular models.
The new iPad Air could be announced in the spring of 2022, along with the third-generation iPhone SE.
The design of the new iPad Air will be similar to the current model, including a single-lens rear camera.
The new chipset in the Apple iPhone SE 3 will be the 5nm A15 Bionic, which adds support for 5G networks. In terms of pricing, the phone is expected to cost $399 in China and worldwide, similar to the iPhone SE (2020).
Despite having a smaller-form factor, the new device is likely to be based on the iPhone XR design.
The Apple iPhone 3 will feature 5G connectivity instead of the 4G seen on the iPhone SE 2020. The smartphone is also expected to come with improved performance with upgraded internals.
In addition, Apple is also planning to redesign the 27-inch iMac with a mini-LED display for release in the first half of 2022. The new 27-inch iMac is expected to support the MacBook Pro. (IANS)
