This means that from now on digital transactions will be completed directly through debit card and mobile and ticket will be issued. Training program for RTC conductors is already going on. Henceforth, transactions are done through these pass machines very easily. RTC buses are currently using Tims to issue tickets. Soon these will be replaced by E-POS machines. Passengers will be given the facility to pay through debit, credit cards, Paytm, PhonePay, GooglePay in the form of UPI payments through the account linked with the mobile number. That means there is no chance of retail problem in buses anymore. Moreover, if you download the RTC wallet app and keep the balance in it, it will be easy to take the ticket. These transactions will be available for ticket booking, buspass, courier and cargo services. There are many advantages of these epos machines. If the service is interrupted while the bus is going, passengers will be sent to another bus. At present they used to write ticket numbers in SR.. Now breakdown option has been brought. If not, this pass machine should have signals.. Even if there are no signals, they have also introduced a system of providing tickets offline. Also the details will come as soon as the bus pos is scanned by the machine. Moreover, there is a camera in this pass.. If there are any accidents on the way, even if there is a puncture in the bus, the conductor will immediately take a photo and send it directly to the office. These POS machines have been introduced in buses going to Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai from Vijayawada and Guntur-2 depots selected as a pilot project. E-POS machines are also expected to be provided to ground booking staff who issue tickets at all depots and bus stands. Along with digital payments, cash payments are also available. It is also possible to purchase tickets through the mobile app. All in all RTC buses also have the option to travel smartly. Also, many problems faced in buses will be checked.
