Are you allowed to park on the corner of the street these days?

‘More and more often you see the most absurdly parked cars on the corner of a street,’ says Ton Helwig in the question & answer section of our car editors. ‘As long as the front wheel is against the curb, that is apparently enough. The rest of the car is then at the intersection. I used to learn that you have to leave at least 5 meters to the corner. Are there no more rules, or is there no enforcement?’
