Jaisalmer.The bomb disposal squad of the Indian Army disposed of the old bomb found in the bushes near Digga village of PTM police station area. Army officials detonated the bomb with a loud bang using a remote by attaching a wire. During this, there was a loud explosion which was heard for several kilometers.
The villagers heaved a sigh of relief after the bomb was disposed of by the Indian Army. Let us tell you that officers of Battle X Division of the Indian Army were present at the time of disposal of the bomb. PTM police station in-charge Narendra Panwar said that a bomb was found on January 5 in Digga village of Nahri area. Villagers informed about the bomb found in the bushes. On which the police kept the bomb safe and informed the army and administration.

After the administration informed the bomb disposal squad of the Indian Army, the Indian Army team that arrived late on Friday evening disposed of the bomb. During this time everyone was removed from that place. SHO Narendra Panwar said that officers and soldiers of Battle X Division of the Indian Army came to Digga village. Everyone together placed the bomb in a safe pit and connected it to the remote with a wire.
After that everyone was asked to move away and the bomb was disposed by pressing the remote. Let us tell you that during this time there was a loud explosion and its sound was heard several kilometers away. It is being told that this bomb might have been left somewhere during some exercise by the Indian Army. After the disposal of the bomb everyone heaved a sigh of relief.
