The Armenian national team won the Al Dhafra Club International Basketball Championship title, after defeating the national team with a score of (87-81), in the final match the day before yesterday, at the “Al Hosn” Hall in the city of Al Dhana.
The final day also witnessed Sharjah Club obtaining third place and the bronze medal, after defeating the host team, Al Dhafra Club (105-67), and Al Seeb Club of Oman came in fifth place, after defeating Al Wahda Club of the Emirates (71-62).
Officials from the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Al Dhafra Club and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) crowned the winners of the tournament, which was organised by Al Dhafra Club with the support of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and the sponsorship of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).
