Immediately after the crash the helicopter caught fire and the leg burned. General Bipin Rawat and two others were injured in the accident. They were rushed to a hospital for treatment. Authorities rushed the two to hospital with more than 80 percent burns, locals said. The whereabouts of another are yet to be known. The accident left both the Army and the government in a state of shock.
