Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta admitted that his team must be more ruthless, after losing a two-goal lead to force it to tie for the second time in a week in the English Premier League.
Arsenal lost their lead against West Ham, with the match ending in a 2-2 draw at the London Olympic Stadium.
Arsenal coach Arteta added: We started the match great again, controlled the match, possessed and scored two goals, and then we made a big mistake.
He explained: We stopped playing our way in order to score a third or fourth goal, it seemed very easy. West Ham gave us hope and opportunity, and they took advantage of it well.
He continued: They did it in a very nice and direct way, we suffered to get out of that match, if you are not defending your area better, you will have to do many things better.
Arsenal leads the English Premier League standings with 74 points, four points behind second-placed Manchester City, who has a postponed match, while West Ham ranks fifteenth with 31 points.
