New Delhi: Ravichandran Ashwin is on course to close in on Harbhajan Singh’s record of taking the most wickets in Test cricket against Australia at number 2.
Ashwin, 36, has so far played 18 Tests against Australia and has taken 89 wickets. Anil Kumble (111) tops the list of Indian players who have taken most wickets against that team. Next to him is Harbhajan Singh (95). Ashwin is now close to Harbhajan Singh’s record. The Indian team is going to face Australia in a series of 4 Test matches. The first match will start on 9th in Nagpur.
