Six teams namely India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka are participating in the ongoing Asia Cup series. The team that qualified for the sixth team will play in this series. The series will be played in T20 cricket format.
India, Pakistan and the qualifiers will play in the Group ‘A’ round. India and Pakistan will play in the group stage on August 28. After that, if the top two teams in the group stage, India and Pakistan will play in the next round, the Super 4 round.
In this round of four teams each team has to play one match each against three other teams. According to this, if the top two teams in the group round, India and Pakistan will play in the Super 4 round on September 4.
