Colombo: Sri Lanka will face India in the final of the ongoing Asia Cup series. The Sri Lankan team advanced to the final by defeating the Pakistan team by 2 wickets.
Pakistan and Sri Lanka played in the Super-4 round of the ongoing Asia Cup series. The match in Colombo was changed to 42 overs for both teams due to rain. Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat. Babur tried to form a strong alliance with Abdullah Shafiq. But Dunit Vellalake broke it.

Gusal Mendis then got out on 91 runs and Asalanga took responsibility in the last overs with 49 runs to lead the team to victory.
In the end, Sri Lanka scored 252 runs in the last ball to beat Pakistan and win by three. With this win, they progressed to the finals.
