The Al Jarida daily reported that migrant workers, including those working in the construction sector, do not come to vaccination centers for vaccinations. It was in this context that the Ministry decided to go and see them directly to convince them of the importance of getting the vaccine. The ministry also plans to set up a vaccine distribution center in areas where the expatriate population is high.

The vaccine will be distributed at convenient times before and after Iftar during the holy month of Ramadan, including at the main center in Mishrif. The ministry said more details would be announced in the coming days. Vaccination in Bahrain is completely safe. No side effects have been reported in the country so far. Therefore, the ministry said, there was no reason not to take the vaccine. The ministry also called on the rest to register immediately.
