Bahri intends to issue sukuk worth 3.9 billion riyals

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia “Bahri” announced its intention to issue sukuk in Saudi riyals worth 3.9 billion riyals.

And “Bahri” said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Tuesday, that the aim of the offering is to refinance the company’s sukuk, which will expire on July 30, 2022.

She added that the offering is subject to the approval of the official authorities.

The net profit of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia “Bahri” increased by 48.99% in the first quarter of 2022, to 64.9 million riyals after zakat and tax, compared to 43.56 million riyals in the first quarter of 2021.
