The movie ‘Veerasimha Reddy’ has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the worldwide box office. This movie grossed more than Rs.104 crores worldwide in 4 days. This has been officially announced by the film production company Mythri Movie Makers. However, the distributors’ share in this is estimated to be more than Rs.54 crores. ‘Veerasimha Reddy’, which collected more than Rs. 50 crore gross worldwide on the first day on Thursday, has fallen badly on the second day. Friday grossed only Rs.11 crores. But on Saturday and Sunday, the box office collection picked up again. With gross collection of Rs.40 crores in these two days, the total reached the mark of Rs.100 crores in four days.
The production company Mythri Movie Makers tweeted stating that the movie ‘Veerasimha Reddy’ has grossed more than Rs.104 crores in four days. She expressed happiness saying ‘Veera Mass Blockbuster’. On the other hand, Myth Movie Makers has announced that this movie is gathering dust in America. The US box office grossed over one million dollars. All in all, after ‘Akhanda’, Balakrishna seems to have another hit. According to trade sources, this movie has done pre-release business of Rs.75 crores. That is, the share of Rs.54 crores has already been collected. If this film collects another share of Rs.21 crore, it will be in the safe zone. It may take another three or four days.
Another huge film ‘Waltheru Veeraiya’ from Mythri Movie Makers is also gathering dust at the box office. ‘Waltheru Veeraiya’ which was released on 13th of this month crossed the Rs 100 crore mark within three days. Mythri Movie Makers revealed through Twitter that this film collected Rs.108 crore gross at the box office worldwide in 3 days. Mega mass block buster expressed happiness. However, Balayya’s film took 4 days to collect Rs.100.
