Bank Close: Bank unions have called for a nationwide strike on January 30 and 31. Banks will be closed due to this. Not only these two days.. Banks will not open for 4 consecutive days. Do you think it is a two day strike but not open for 4 days? Two days before this strike, the fourth Saturday and Sunday also falls. As a result, banks will be closed for four consecutive days on January 28, 29, 30 and 31. Bank services will be affected during this time. If you have any urgent work in banks on those days.. it is better to take care of it before this Friday. There is no benefit in bothering later.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the annual budget on February 1. But banks will not function for four days before this budget is presented. Before the announcement of the budget, the bank unions decided to go on strike. It is in this context that a strike was called on January 30 and 31. This will affect crores of bank customers. ATM services are also likely to be affected.

Generally bank services are also available online these days but not everyone is aware of it. Also.. for some work you have to go to banks for sure. Then if the banks do not work.. our work will be delayed. That’s why.. it is better to check the day when the banks are working. In particular, one has to go to banks for things like keeping money in the bank, fixed deposits, locker services, check clearances, draft making etc.

Another thing is that January 26 is also a holiday for banks. A national holiday is observed on that day on the occasion of Republic Day. In the middle of this, banks are open only on January 27. It was Friday. Then the fourth strike on Saturday (January 28), Sunday (January 29), January 30 and 31. Due to this, bank services will be interrupted for 4 days. Bank employees have always been demanding to limit their working days to 5 days. Pension System (NPS) is also wanted to be abolished. They are still demanding to increase the salaries. They are also asking to speed up the new appointments and fill up all the vacancies.
