A spokesman for the Ministry of Commerce said that for the new system, a permit code for self-inspection of health status should be installed at the entrances of commercial establishments. Employees should also be hired to make sure the barcode is scanned before shoppers enter the store. Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Saudi Ministry of Commerce has released a list of shops that are not subject to the law. This rule does not apply to laundries, sewing shops, barber shops, or food stalls. However, those who enter these shops are required to show the health status of the Tawakkalna app. He also said that those who are not obliged to take the vaccine are excluded from the decision.
