In the Blagovarsky district of Bashkortostan, the restrictive measures introduced in mid-November due to the outbreak of bird flu have been canceled. The corresponding decree of the head of the republic Radiy Khabirov was published on Thursday, November 23, on the official portal of legal information of the region.
“To recognize as invalid the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated November 19, 2021 No. UG-675” On the establishment of restrictive measures (quarantine) for highly pathogenic avian influenza in the municipal district of Blagovarsky District, “the document says.
It is noted that quarantine has been lifted from two factories for the production and sale of ducks, geese, pheasants. The first of them is located more than a thousand meters east of the village of Yazykovo, the second is almost 300 meters north-east of the village of Dombrovka. Also, restrictive measures were lifted in relation to the poultry farm of an individual entrepreneur east of the village of Kob-Pokrovka.
The decree came into force from the moment of its signing, on December 20.
On October 19, it became known that about 6 thousand geese and turkeys were destroyed in Bashkortostan due to the spread of bird flu in the region, the territories were decontaminated. A case of infection in poultry was detected in the Tuymazinsky district.
Earlier, about 350 dead birds were found in the Chishminsky area. There was declared a high alert mode pending the receipt of laboratory test results.
Prior to that, on October 12, an emergency regime was introduced in the Tuimazinsky district of Bashkortostan due to the spread of bird flu. Infected birds were seized and destroyed in four villages. Local residents are vaccinated. At the exits and entrances to quarantine zones, sanitary posts are installed.
On October 11, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, announced the first cases of human infection with bird flu in Russia since the beginning of 2021.
