The management of the German Football Club Mainz decided, today, Tuesday, to officially arrest Moroccan Anwar Al-Ghazi, after his solidarity with the Palestinian people.
The club management suspended Anwar Al-Ghazi from participating in the team’s matches and training indefinitely.
The German Mainz asked all players not to express their opinion about the Israeli attack on Palestine.
It is expected that the club’s management will impose financial penalties on Anwar Al-Ghazi, while discussing the termination of his contract with the team, during the next winter Mercato.
Mainz Club had signed Moroccan Anwar El Ghazi on a free transfer during the last summer transfer period.
