Belgian Member of Parliament installs rotating number plate on his car

Belgian Member of Parliament Michael Freilich has equipped his car with a rotating license plate. In this way, the politician can choose when he drives around with his so-called ‘P-plate’ for members of parliament, or with a normal number plate.
