The young star continued his remarkable achievements on both the individual and team levels, as he was crowned the best young player in the Ballon d’Or award.
As for the collective level, since his move to Real Madrid in the summer of 2023, the young player has performed at an amazing level, and led his team to get close to the La Liga title and the semi-finals of the Champions League. He also won the Spanish Super Cup with him a few months ago at the expense of traditional rival Barcelona.
Billingham received the award during the ceremony held at the Cibeles Palace in the Spanish capital, Madrid, in the presence of a number of prominent figures at the sporting and social levels.
