Gurugram. New information is continuously emerging in the suicide case of Atul Subhash, an AI engineer in Bengaluru. In the latest case, accused Nikita Singhania, wife of Atul Subhash, has been arrested from Gurugram. Now many layers related to the case can be revealed in the interrogation of the accused.
The accused mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania were arrested from Prayagraj, presented in the court and sent to judicial custody from there. This information has been given by quoting DCP White Field Division Shivakumar of Bengaluru. Earlier, the accused wife Nikita (Nikita Singhania) and other members of the in-laws had filed an anticipatory bail application in the Prayagraj High Court to avoid police arrest, declaring themselves innocent.
Let us tell you that 34-year-old AI Atul Subhash’s estranged wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha and brother Anurag have been arrested in the case of abetment of suicide after the death of Atul Subhash. Before committing suicide, Atul Subhash had accused his wife Nikita Singhania and her family of harassment and extortion, against which he had made a suicide note and an 80-minute long video.
Police investigation in the case has revealed that Atul Subhash was fighting a legal battle regarding divorce and child custody. A case of abetment to suicide was registered against Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania and her family members. All of them have been listed as accused in the FIR lodged at Marathahalli police station.
