However, Bhadram says something new when it comes to health precautions to be taken by people over 40 years of age. To this extent, he posted a video message on social media.
Bhadram said that apart from what people have eaten and done till now, what they will eat and do from now on is very important. He said that after the age of 40, BP, sugar, cancer, thyroid, weight gain, heart attack, paralysis… all these are ready to attack us one after the other. However, it is a good thing that we can control many of these diseases. Exercise should be done for 40 minutes to control these diseases.
Bhadram said that any exercise like walking, jogging, cycling or yoga should be done three times a week for 40 minutes. In total, 120 minutes… for yourself, for your health and for your family, Bharam suggested that you should exercise two hours a week. It is said that exercise is medicine for man.
