Mumbai Amidst the noise of Maharashtra Assembly elections, big news has come out from Mumbai. Zeeshan Siddiqui, son of late NCP leader Baba Siddiqui and former president of Mumbai Youth Congress, has joined NCP. Ajit Pawar welcomed Zeeshan Siddiqui into the party.
Apart from this, NCP declared Zeeshan Siddiqui as the party candidate from Bandra East seat for Maharashtra Assembly elections. After joining NCP, Zeeshan Siddiqui said that it is an emotional day for me and my family. I am grateful to Ajit Pawar, Praful Patel, Sunil Tatkare for believing in me in these difficult times. I have got a ticket from Bandra East. I am sure that with everyone’s love and support, I will definitely win Bandra East again.
After the murder of his father Baba Siddiqui, Zeeshan Siddiqui said that the killers now have their eyes on him, but he is not afraid. He wrote on X that he silenced my father. But they forget – he was a lion and I carry his roar within me, his fight in my veins. He stood up for justice, fought for change, and weathered storms with unshakable courage.
Zeeshan Siddiqui further said that now the people who brought him down are setting their eyes on me. Assuming they’ve won, I tell them. The blood of a lion runs in my veins. I am still here, fearless and unwavering. He took one, but I stood up in his place. This fight is not over yet. Today I stand where he stood. Alive, tireless and ready. My people of Bandra East, I am always with you.
