New Delhi. Vibhav Kumar, accused in the CM House in the case of assault on Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, has received a shock from the court. Tis Hazari Court has rejected the interim bail petition. On the other hand, after some time Arvind Kejriwal will hold a press conference in which this issue may be raised.
Let us tell you that today Delhi Police has arrested Vibhav Kumar, former PS of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in the case of assault on AAP MP Swati Maliwal. After which Vibhav Kumar’s lawyer Karan Sharma reached Civil Lines police station. He said that we will cooperate fully in the investigation. All the allegations against Vibhav Kumar are wrong.
Vibhav Kumar today filed an anticipatory bail petition in Tis Hazari Court of Delhi, the hearing on which continued for a long time. N Hariharan represented the accused in the court. Arguing on behalf of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar, senior advocate N Hariharan said that I have argued that there is no case and this is a case of interim bail. I have pleaded for anticipatory bail because what is seen in the CCTV footage and coverage is not stated in the statement that the order has been reserved for today with a delay of three days.

On the other hand, Atishi said in a press conference that why did Swati Maliwal not get medical treatment done after that incident, why did she wait for three days for this? In the video that surfaced yesterday, she looks absolutely fine. She is seen threatening the policemen to remove their uniforms. Vibhav Kumar is seen abusing. In the video surfaced today, it is clearly visible that she is walking straight after that incident. His clothes also look fine. She is seen pushing the policemen and after four days she is seen limping.
