Big Relief: AP Students Have Reached Their Hometowns From Manipur!

Andhra Pradesh students stranded in Manipur reached their hometowns safely. It is known that riots are happening on a large scale in Manipur. In this background, it is known that the state government has made arrangements to bring the students of the state to their native places. Two flights were arranged to bring the students. More than 160 students are studying in NIT, Triple IT and Central Agriculture University in Manipur. It is known that the state government has arranged two special planes after negotiating with the civil aviation department to transport AP students to the state. Among these, one flight left from Hyderabad and another from Kolkata for Manipur on Monday morning. 106 students were brought in the flight from Hyderabad and 49 students were brought from Manipur in the flight from Kolkata. A total of 161 students were transported to their native places.

On the other hand, the state government has arranged four special buses to transport the students who have reached Hyderabad airport to their hometowns. One on the Kurnool, Kadapa, Chittoor route, another on the Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam route, two more buses on the Rajolu, Bhimavaram route, Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore routes. The government took the students to their hometowns in those four buses.

The state government has booked the tickets of the students who arrived at the Kolkata airport in three flights to Hyderabad. Students reached Hyderabad on Monday night. Later, special buses were arranged to take the students to their hometowns. The AP government thanked the Manipur authorities for making arrangements to transport the students to the airport in Manipur.
