Former Minister P. Narayana got a huge relief in AP High Court. The High Court has directed the Bureau of Immigration to remove the lookout notices issued against Narayana. Even though the High Court has already granted him anticipatory bail, Narayana’s lawyer filed a petition in the court saying that he is unable to go to America due to the lookout notice.
The High Court inquired into this and ordered to remove the lookout notices. Also, orders were issued to Narayana to return from America by December 22.
It is known that many people including former Minister Narayana were granted anticipatory bail in the High Court recently in a case registered by the CID alleging irregularities in the alignment of the Capital Amaravati Master Plan and the Inner Ring Road. While he had to go abroad for medical treatment, the lookout notice issued by the police became an obstacle. That obstacle was also removed by the order of the High Court.
