Through a statement released on his social networks, the artist reassured his followers and thanked them for the concern shown after the accident. “We suffered a road accident in Trujillo, from which by the grace of God we emerged unharmed, only minor blows and a great scare. The car lost its way in a curve, but the driver’s quick reaction prevented us from falling into an abyss,” he wrote.

The incident occurred on a sharp, rainy curve while the singer was returning from a show in Huamachuco. According to his manager, Walter Leon the situation became critical when the vehicle began to slide uncontrollably towards an abyss. “We almost killed each other. Thank God the car did not end up in the abyss. When we saw that we were going out of control and that everything was getting dark, we jumped out of the car. “God is with us,” León commented.
This episode occurred shortly after Bill Orosco was recognized as ‘The Male Breakthrough Artist of 2024’ by Nueva Q radio, an achievement that has consolidated his career in the cumbia genre.
