It is known that BJP leader and Assam CM came to Hyderabad to participate in Vinayaka immersion. He visited the Bhagyalakshmi Ammavari temple at Charminar in Old Basti.. When he tried to deliver a speech there, the police stopped him. Later, while the Assam CM was speaking on the platform set up at MJ Market in the city, an unexpected development took place. TRS activist Nanda Kishore Bilal from Goshamahal came on stage and tried to grab the mic. The members of the Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsava Samiti, who were alerted immediately, locked him down. This created tension between BJP and TRS workers. Police rushed to the spot and arrested Nanda Kishore. With this, TRS ranks protested against the arrest of Nanda Kishore. BJP ranks are alleging that a TRS worker tried to attack the Assam CM. BJP MLA Etala Rajender condemned the incident. Meanwhile, Minister Talasani opined that it is not appropriate for the Assam CM, who came to Hyderabad for immersion, to talk about politics. Thalasani commented that if he talks like that on the platform set up by the government, not only his party workers but also the people will be turned away. He accused the KCR government of being in a predicament where the Telangana government had to respect Biswa Sharma and could not provide even minimum security. “Everybody will understand how much anarchic system is running in Telangana after seeing the undesirable developments that took place in the assembly of Assam CM Himanta Biswasharma who came to Hyderabad for Ganesh immersion. The KCR government is in a predicament where another state CM who came to Telangana has to be honored as a government guest and VVIP and cannot provide even minimum security. When a TRS activist came on the stage in the meeting where Himantagaru took part and broke the mic and the police did not come forward to stop him, it is clear that this was a deliberate incident. Security failure and surveillance failure appeared to have struck. Even if the BJP leaders open their mouths or make a small criticism in the state, detentions and arrests are already going on. Based on the experience of Himanta Gari, the saffron party i.e. the TRS government continues to know to what extent it is trembling. By insulting the CM of another state who came to Hyderabad, KCR’s government brought national attention to Telangana. Vijayashanti commented that if you see the state ministers making every criticism of the BJP as they have to bow their heads in shame for what happened, then you can understand how degraded the government machinery is.
