Bhagyanagar is going to be orange for two days. All the key BJP leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will be based in Hyderabad. Hyderabad has been finalized as the venue for the BJP National Working Committee meetings. These meetings will be held on July 2 and 3. The party leaders took the conduct of those meetings seriously. Several platforms are being considered for this. HICC in Hitex inspected Taj Krishna along with some other hotels and resorts. With these meetings being held in Hyderabad, it is impossible to say how much priority the BJP will give to Telangana. It seems that the almighty is vying for power here in the coming elections.
The BJP national level working group meetings will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, party president JP Nadda and several Union ministers, chief ministers and key party leaders. It is learned that Prime Minister Modi will stay at the Raj Bhavan for two days during the meetings. Other key leaders will be staying at prominent hotels.
All the key leaders met on Wednesday evening under the chairmanship of Bandi Sanjay at the BJP state office to discuss arrangements for the meeting. BJP national general secretary BL Santosh, party state in-charge Tarun Chugh, Premender Reddy, Jitender Reddy, Vivek, Vijayashanti, Chinthala Ramachandra Reddy, NVS Prabhakar and Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy were present at the meeting. Earlier, the chief minister had visited various places for national working group meetings.
The meeting will focus on strategies to be followed in the forthcoming Assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat. Apart from this, the focus will be on strengthening the party in the Telugu states.
The last BJP National Working Committee meetings were held in November 2021. The BJP seems to be making a strategic move behind holding these meetings in Hyderabad this time. Bandi Sanjay has postponed his public campaign in the wake of BJP national working group meetings.
