KL Rahul is currently playing in the ongoing ODI series against Sri Lanka. He will be away from cricket for a few days after this series. To this extent, it seems that permission has already been taken from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). For Rahul and Athiya’s marriage, there are reports that Athiya’s father, Bollywood senior actor Suniel Shetty (Suniel Shetty) is also making arrangements in Khandala.
Sunil Shetty owns a luxurious bungalow in Khandala. There is a rumor that the wedding will take place on 23rd of this month. Only a limited number of guests including family members and relatives from both sides are going to be invited to this wedding. While the wedding ceremony will be held there for three days, it seems that some top celebrities from Bollywood and some players of the Indian team will also be present.
Actually, Sunil Shetty decided to marry KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty last year. But.. KL Rahul was injured.. and then the Asia Cup and T20 World Cup tournaments came back to back and postponed the wedding. After two months IPL-2023, after that Asia Cup and after that ODI World Cup will be held, it seems that the elders from both sides have decided that this is the right time to get married.
