Bomb Threat To Krishna Express..High Alert In Hyderabad..Mummara Checks

Krishna Express: Bomb threat creates chaos in Hyderabad. An unknown person called the Hyderabad control room and said that a bomb had been planted in the Krishna Express train going from Tirupati to Adilabad. On receiving the call, the railway officials were alerted.. along with the staff of the running Krishna Express train, the concerned officials informed the railway police. Later the train was stopped at Maulali station. The bomb squad which was already ready at the station reached the spot and started checking. A large number of police and RPF personnel were deployed at the Secunderabad railway station in the wake of the bomb threat call. Inspections were also conducted at the tenth flat farm. However, it is noteworthy that no bomb has been found so far.

After a thorough inspection of the rail at Maulali with the help of dog squad and bomb squad, the police concluded that there was no bomb. Later Krishna Express reached Secunderabad. However, the police traced the caller. The railway police have detained a young man named Kiran who made a fake call and are questioning him. Krishna Express left Adilabad 2 hours late due to this bomb threat call.

However.. there are already two or three reports of such bomb threat calls. They called and threatened to put Babu near Charminar. When the alert staff conducted checks with those calls, it turned out to be a hoax phone call. In many cases bomb threat calls are received from the hooligans. But.. such calls cannot be removed so easily. If they suspect that it is a hooligan’s phone call, they should be on the lookout of the staff.
