30 KV fast charging stations have been installed at all 110 fuel stations of Bharat Petroleum Corporation. At present, BPCL has prepared 60 EV charging corridors in 30,000 km. The corridor is prepared as a charging station every 100 km. Kochi – Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi – Munnar, Kochi – Thekkady corridors will be started within 4 months. Fast chargers are easy for consumers to use. Can also be operated with the help of support staff if required. The entire EV charger location can be traced through the HelloBPCL app for a hassle-free and transparent user experience online. BPCL has digitized the charging locator, charger operations and transaction process through this app. It takes just 30 minutes to charge an EV. Charging through BPCL fuel stations gives a driving range of up to 125 km. That is why two charging stations are installed within 100 km.
