Former Odisha CM Giridhar Gamang joined BRS yesterday in the presence of KCR. At Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad, CM KCR invited Giridhar to join the party wearing a pink scarf. Along with Giridhar, 12 former MLAs and four former MPs joined the BRS party. Among those who joined BRS were Hema Gamang, Jayaram Pangi, Ramachandra Hamshda, Brindavan Majhi, Nabeen Nanda, Ratha Das, Bhagirathi Sethi and Mayadar Jena. Speaking on the occasion, KCR said that Gamang, who has a long political experience, is a thousand elephants stronger than joining the BRS party. Meanwhile, it seems that there is a possibility that Gamang will be announced as the President of Odisha State BRS.
