“It is a dream that will come true, it is a luxury to be in the same concert with tremendous singers, especially because they are singers that he admired. It is impossible to describe the emotion and how honored I feel. What’s more, I am already anxious to be able to sing and that the public can enjoy this moment”, expressed the young salsa singer.

Although Brunella Torpoco is recognized for her way of interpreting, the chalaca, who grew up in the spicy Chacaritas neighborhood in Callao, is harshly questioned for not having released her own song. That is why the national artist says that in her early days as a soloist she wanted to debut with an unpublished song, but she was afraid that it would not work because she was not yet known.
“Some people tell me: ‘You have to seize the moment because you’re out of style and you’re gone.’ But no, I don’t want to be a fad, I want to be a salsa icon, ”she refers.
