“Today I woke up to a piece of news that has left me anxious all morning. My friend Bob Odenkirk collapsed on the set of Better Call Saul last night. He is in the Albuquerque hospital and receives the medical attention he needs, but his condition is not yet known to the public. Please take a moment in your day today to think, send positive thoughts and prayers for him, thank you, ”wrote Bryan Cranston.
In the publication of the social network, the actor of Breaking bad shared a photo of himself smiling with Bob Odenkirk.
According to international press reports, the 58-year-old artist is hospitalized in New Mexico, the city where he was filming the sixth and final season of the series.
So far, the state of Bob Odenkirk’s health is unknown. The TMZ portal reported that the actor collapsed in the studio and was assisted by the production team, then he was transferred to the hospital.
Bob Odenkirk rose to fame playing lawyer Saul Goodman on the series Breaking Bad (2008-2013). The success of his character caused him to record his own series called Better call Saul, which has further boosted his artistic career. The actor will say goodbye to his character in the sixth season of the series that premiered in 2015.
