Bengaluru: Indian cricket team’s fast bowler Bumrah is likely to miss the entire upcoming IPL 2023 season. He is said to be undergoing surgery for a back injury.

It was in this environment that he got injured last year. Since then he did not play cricket matches. In between, he played in the T20 series against the Australian team last September. After that he missed last year’s T20 World Cup series.
However, he is likely to miss the upcoming IPL season and the World Test Championship final (if India qualifies). It seems that the Board of Control for Cricket in India and the National Cricket Academy will take the next step in this regard.
