Kanpur. A person living in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh has filed a fraud report against 13 people including Mahindra company owner Anand Mahindra. The victim has alleged that the company sold the car without airbags, due to which his son died.
Rajesh Mishra, a resident of Juhi, Kanpur, told in the FIR lodged at the police station that in the year 2020, he had purchased a Scorpio car worth Rs 17 lakh from Shri Tirupati Auto Agency located at Zarib Chowki. On January 14, 2022, his son Apoorva Mishra was coming to Kanpur from Lucknow with his friends.
