Police have registered a case against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader and former minister Adinarayana Reddy for allegedly making inappropriate comments against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Guntur District Additional SP Pulipati Praveen Kumar disclosed that a case has been filed against Adinarayana Reddy after receiving the complaint that he had made inappropriate comments against CM Jagan. Speaking to the media at Tullur police station, SP Praveen said that an unknown person threw a stone at BJP leader Satyakumar’s vehicle and then fled into the fields. SP Praveen said that those agitating in support of the three capitals complained that they were attacked by the followers of the former minister. With this, a case has been registered against Adinarayana Reddy and the incident will be investigated. Meanwhile, there was a tense situation at Mandham in Guntur district on Friday. After the Amaravati movement reached 1,200 days, BJP leader Satyakumar expressed his support to the farmers. The driver of the car, alerted immediately, let the vehicle go ahead. Unknown persons attacked Satyakumar’s vehicle with stones. The windows of the car were completely destroyed in this incident. Expressing great anger over this incident, BJP ranks have called for agitation and protest programs on Saturday.
