Dehradun: Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant’s health is improving after he was injured in a car accident.
Meanwhile, the central government will give an award to the transport workers who saved Rishabh Pant from the accident. When Rishabh Pant was involved in an accident, Haryana Transport Corporation employees Sushilkumar and Paramjeet rescued him and sent him to the hospital in an ambulance. Both of them were on duty in a bus plying from Haridwar to Panipat. Susilkumar and Paramjeet saw the car involved in an accident on the road and stopped the bus and ran down and rescued Rishabh Pant in time. A letter of appreciation and a shield have already been given by Panipat Panim Manas while the praises for their humanity are piling up.
Similarly, while Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Thami said that the government has decided to honor driver Sushil Kumar and conductor Paramjeet during the upcoming Republic Day celebrations, now both of them are going to be honored with the award of ‘Narkaruna Veeran’ introduced last year by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. Uttarakhand DGP has confirmed this.
