New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who handed out appointment letters to new recruits in government departments and organizations at an employment function held today, said the recruitment process in the central government has become completely transparent.

He laid the foundation stone for the first phase of construction of the integrated complex “Karmayogi Bhawan” in New Delhi. This has led to equal opportunities for every youth to express their potential. Today, every youth believes that hard work and skills can secure their job. The government strives to make the youth participants in the development of the country. In the last 10 years, the current government has provided 1.5 times more jobs to the youth than the previous governments.
The laying of the foundation stone for the first phase of the integrated campus ‘Karmayogi Bhavan’ in New Delhi will strengthen the government’s initiative towards capacity building. New sectors are created due to government efforts. Besides providing employment to the youth, the government is also creating self-employment opportunities. 1 crore in the budget plan to install rooftop solar power generation systems will create lakhs of new jobs.
India has the third largest industrial ecosystem in the world with about 1.25 lakh industrial companies. Most of these industries belong to tier 2 or tier 3 cities. As these industries are creating new employment opportunities, it has been announced in the latest budget that the tax incentives for the industries will continue. A fund of Rs 1 lakh crore has been announced in the budget to encourage research and innovation.

This year’s budget will see 40,000 modern coaches like the ones in the Vande Bharat Express built and connected to regular trains. Investment in infrastructure has been increased to accelerate growth. 11 lakh crore has been earmarked in the latest budget to attract investments in infrastructure. New rail, road, airport and waterway projects will create new jobs.
Most of the paramilitary forces are fresh recruits. Reforms have been made in the selection process for paramilitary forces. Apart from Hindi and English, the exam for paramilitary forces will be held in 13 Indian languages from this January. This will provide equal opportunity to lakhs of applicants.
