He said that there is political malice behind disbursing cash directly to pension beneficiaries instead of disbursing money through bank account. He said that all the liquor transactions in the state are done in cash form. On December 31, liquor sales of 145 crore rupees were done in one day. He said that in no state in the country has the government conducted such a large amount of cash transactions. No matter how many times the courts have said that alcohol transactions should not be conducted in cash form, the state government has ignored it. Are volunteers government employees?, or not?? He asked that there is no clarity on that, if the volunteer is a volunteer, why is he being paid from the government account.
