The cumbia performer ‘Chechito’ in his interview with the program ‘Everything leaks’, commented on the notarial letter he sent Deyvis Orosco to his cousin Bill . The young singer reminded the ‘Bomboncito de la cumbia’ that the songs his father, Johnny Orosco, performed were not his own either.
‘Chechito’ against Deyvis Orosco
Recently, ‘Chechito’ was on the program ‘Everything leaks’, where he was very surprised by the attitude of Deyvis Orosco with his cousin Bill, reminding him that many of the songs that his father, Johnny Orosco, sang, were not his own as well as to limit his family from performing them.
“I was hearing things, but I didn’t expect them to come to this from a notarized letter. Unfortunate, because I believe that the songs that maestro Johnny Orosco sang and performed are not his either. They’re by other composers, so too bad. “Bill is a boy who is looking for something,” he said at the beginning.
Along the same lines, the cumbia performer ‘Chechito’ stated that the conduct of Deyvis Orosco towards her cousin Bill could be motivated by feelings of envy.
“We are a new generation and we all deserve the same opportunities. We don’t have to have these kinds of problems. I think it must be envy. The same thing happened to me recently and, well, I recognize that Bill is very talented, he is my friend and I support him a lot. “How bad that this happens to the family,” he added in this regard.
‘Chechito’ questions Deyvis Orosco for not supporting Bill
On the other hand, ‘Chechito’ in the interview, did not hesitate to highlight that he does not know Deyvis Orosco but he does support Bill because of his great talent.
“Music is a very beautiful art, music is to share, not to compete. If I became friends with Bill it is because we share a topic and the public is the one who gives its verdict in the end, and if the public loves Bill, you are welcome, you have my full support. If Deyvis is doing this, it’s for a reason. “I greatly respect the teacher Johnny Orosco and I believe that Bill’s voice is more similar to that of his own son,” he concluded about the controversy.
