Chemical used for dead bodies in milk.. How bad is this?!

Most of the milk is made by mixing water with sucrose and ammonium sulfate. Apart from packing this milk and selling it locally, it is also being supplied to many hotels in Hyderabad. Officials said that milk collection center manager Kadem Kumar has admitted that formaldehyde chemical is added to the milk to keep it from spoiling even if it is stored for a long time. He is being detained and interrogated. The police said that a criminal case has been registered against two others who were trading milk without any permits. Food safety officials conducted surprise inspections after receiving information that milk was being adulterated. Recently adulterated milk business came to light in BN Thimmapuram of Bhuvanagiri mandal. Yadadri Zonal Assistant Food Controller V. Jyotirmayi and District Food Safety Officer Swathi have been conducting inspections for 2 days. When the vehicles carrying milk to Hyderabad were stopped and milk samples were taken and tested, alarming things came to light. Medical experts say that if milk mixed with formaldehyde chemical is used, there is no immediate threat, but there is a risk of chronic diseases. It is warned that there is a risk of affecting the brain along with respiratory, gastrointestinal and liver diseases. People are worried that everything from the food they eat to the milk they drink is adulterated.
