“I ordered coffee from @zomato, @thirdwaveindia. It was awful. A piece of chicken appeared in the coffee. My association with you officially ended today,” the post said. Zomato apologized to him. Regretted the mistake and offered to give the person a pro membership. Asked to share his details. Sumit also posted screenshots related to this.
Third Wave Coffee also responded to Sumit’s post. “Hi Sumit. We’re very sorry for this. We request that you let us know the details to contact you. Our team will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you.” Third Wave wrote. Netizens, however, are incensed at the Zomata trend. Many were surprised to find a piece of chicken in the coffee. Some commented that he was curious about how the chicken piece in the machine-made coffee was, which was a deliberate mistake. Some have suggested taking legal action.
