The program will run from November 18 to December 24, 2023. The program will begin on November 18 in Manjeswaram. MLAs will lead in each constituency. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan also stated that the formation of the organizing committee will be organized on a constituency basis in September.
Constituency mass audience consisting of representatives, collaborators, workers, farmers, farm workers, women, students and senior citizens will be planned to make the program a success. The Chief Minister also said that various artistic programs will be organized in addition.
Special invitees in the New Kerala audience include freedom fighters, veterans, eminent persons from various fields, women, youth, students, college union office-bearers, Scheduled Caste talent, artists, celebrities, various award winners, Theyam artists, leaders of various community organizations, representatives of senior citizens. He said in the press conference that representatives of various organizations, representatives of cultural organizations and places of worship will participate.

The Chief Secretary was entrusted with the task of making the program a success. Parliamentary Affairs Minister will act as the state level coordinator of the programme. The responsibility for organizing the program successfully in the districts will be given to the ministers of the respective districts. The District Collector will lead the organizing activities of the program in the districts. He said that an officer will act as the convenor of the programs in the constituencies.
