Professionals in childcare will improve by 11.9 percent over the next eighteen months. They will also have more opportunities to grow and it will become more attractive to start this work. Ultimately, every employee in childcare will have an hourly wage of more than 14.08 euros gross in 2024, according to the newly concluded collective agreement.
