Recently, Chiranjeevi has spoken on many platforms about how directors should work for the good of the film industry. But every time he brought up this topic, everyone thought that he was indirectly commenting on ‘Acharya’ director Koratala Siva. But Chiranjeevi stated in his latest interview that he never targeted the director.
I said that if the industry is to be good, every director should work out every aspect on paper before going to the sets. Rather than shooting a four-hour long film and then trimming the length to an hour, it is better to make a perfect screenplay so that it can be shot in less than three hours. This saves production cost. This is a general statement and not a comment directed at Koratala Shivana. I didn’t target the whips. I am once again clarifying that I have not made any comments on him,’ Chiranjeevi officially clarified.
However, many comments were heard that the reason for the flop of the movie ‘Acharya’ was the carelessness of the director Koratala Siva, who focused on business matters rather than the story of the movie. Moreover, in the press meet held with Aamir Khan as part of the promotion of ‘Lal Singh Chadha’, Chiranjeevi openly commented on the performance of some directors in Tollywood. As Acharya was a flop before, many people thought that the director of this film was talking about ‘Koratala Shiva’.
