On Thursday, CM Jagan will pay homage to the second Apache unit to be built at Inagaluru with an investment of Rs 800 crore. The project will provide employment to about 10,000 people. In addition, TCS, Sunny Opotech, Dixon and Foxlink will start operations in two electronics manufacturing clusters (EMCs) near Tirupati Airport. Established at a cost of Rs 2,900 crore, these industries will provide employment to about 15,000 people. When YCP came to power, it invested Rs 11,500 crore in EMC and took steps to provide employment to over 60,000 people. As part of this, companies with an investment of over Rs 4,000 crore have already been set up and 28,000 people are getting employment through them.
