CM Jagan’s meeting with representatives of Christian communities.. Key assurances!

Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy held a meeting with representatives of Christian communities on Monday. CM Jagan spoke to the representatives of Christian communities present from different parts of the state. On this occasion, bishops, reverends and representatives of other Christian communities reported their problems to Chief Minister Jagan. The representatives of the Christian communities present on behalf of the AP Federation of Churches explained to CM Jagan that the assets of the churches are being alienated.

Further, the Christian communities appealed to CM Jagan to give exemption from local taxes to those running charity organizations. With this, CM Jagan assured that appropriate measures will be taken to protect the churches and their properties. Efforts will be made to solve the problems at the district level.

CM Jagan assured that the SP and Collectors will solve the problems at the district level. Also, it has been revealed that a consultant will be appointed to report the problems of representatives of the Christian community and communities to the government from time to time. Due to this, problems can be solved easily. CM Jagan also responded positively to the arrangement of crematoriums for Christians.
